Leah has worked as a senior executive in both private and public companies including large listed companies and dynamic start-ups. She has significant experience in M&A, strategic planning, legal, risk and governance across a number of industry sectors including Financial Services (Funds, Investment, Insurance/Reinsurance, Pension, Banking), Medical (Primary Health, Health Districts, Aboriginal Medical Services, Service Accreditation, GP Training), Technology (Regtech, Data Analytics, SAAS, Digital Marketing), Infrastructure (Mining Services, Water, Remote Infrastructure).

Her current NED roles include One Path Funds Management (ANZ Wealth Responsible Entity), Litigation Lending Services Ltd, Forager Funds, Columbus Capital, Northern Cemeteries, Tennant Creek Enterprises.
During her executive career, both in Australia and Asia, she gained extensive experience in complex commercial transactions, had P&L responsibility and spent significant time working with boards. She brings considerable practical experience and deep theoretical knowledge of governance built during her career and 10+ years teaching at a postgraduate level.
Leah’s qualifications include an Arts degree (majors Japanese & Pol Psych), a Law degree (with Honors) and an MBA (majors Strategy & Economics). She is a Fellow of the AICD, GIA, ICSA and a Trustee Fellow of ASFA.
