Nancy is currently a Director on the Perpetual Ltd Board (ASX:PPT), ING Bank Australia, Lawcover, Aspect Studios Pty Ltd and Chairman of the Perpetual Equity Investment Company (ASX:PIC). She also serves on the board of Mission Australia. Previously, she has served as a director on several financial services and infrastructure boards as well as not-for-profits.
Nancy has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, infrastructure and risk management gained in Australia, the US and across Asia. A lawyer by training turned banker, she was Managing Director for Ambac Assurance Corporation from 2001 to 2011 and previously Managing Director of ABN Amro Australia and Citibank.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts (History) and a Juris Doctorate in Law. She is a Fellow of the AICD, a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and an associate of O’Connell Street Associates.
