Christine is a professional non-executive director, with extensive experience across financial services, infrastructure, community services, government and not for profit entities.
Her current NED roles include ASX listed Perpetual Equities, FIIG Securities
Ltd, Hunter Water Corporation and Bell Asset Management. She is an experienced board committee chair, having chaired audit & risk, investment, compliance, governance, safety and environment committees.
Christine is a qualified accountant, governance and risk management specialist and has had 30+ years career in the finance and investment industry. Her last executive roles were as Managing Director of as ASX listed AFSL holder and as CFO of the NSW state financing corporation.
She has also been a long-standing independent member of Audit & Risk Committees for NSW government departments and has been an independent member of number of compliance committees for boutique funds management businesses in equities, fixed income, ETFs and property.
Christine’s qualifications include a commerce degree and a Masters in Applied Finance. She is a Fellow of the AICD, a Trustee Fellow of ASFA, a Senior Fellow of FINSIA (currently mentors more junior FINSIA members) and a CPA.
Christine’s not for profit involvement is a NED with Netball NSW and Foodbank.
